A major across-borders urban renovation project anchored on the Annemasse train station

34,6 acres of expanded and recomposed downtown district Beyond 2015: 37 acres available for potential expansions.
Convenient bullet and shuttle train service to Paris, Lyon, Evian, St Gervais, Annecy, Bern, Zurich…

2020 : 200 trains per day

Etoile Annemasse-Genève project

An "Urban Leisure and Culture” center:

200 – 250 000 sq. ft. dedicated to shops, services,and special amenities such as:
- an international media-center
- a gastronomic food market

A first 8,6 acres "development district" called... ZAC «ETOILE SUD-OUEST» is being created as we speak

Construction of another 27,2 acres "development district" called… «COEUR DE L’ETOILE» have been initiated in 2006
